FAQ

We have a uniform policy for our dance and performing arts classes, but for your child’s first lesson they can wear comfortable dance or sports wear. For younger children, leggings/tracksuit bottom and a t-shirt are perfect. Outdoor shoes are not permitted in the studio so please bring clean shoes to change into. Long hair must be tied back.

Children will need appropriate dance shoes for class. These can be purchased from the office and we have a box of spares for children who are taking their first class with us.

Unless your child is learning piano, drum kit or singing, they will need to bring their instrument with them for their lessons. We do not have spare instruments at the studio. If you would like to hire an instrument before committing to purchasing one then we can point you in the right direction.

We have an open door policy for music lessons so you are welcome to sit in on your child’s lesson at any time. For dance and musical theatre lessons we ask that you wait in the waiting room to avoid distracting the other children. You can always look through the window to see what your child is up to.

We offer a trial class so come and try us out before you decide to commit! We don’t allow prospective parents to watch classes.
